The opposition posts a total, then the bowler runs in and it is down to your timing: tap as the ball reaches the bat and the closer you are to the middle of it, the bigger the shot. Right in the slot is six, a fraction out is four, and leave it too late and you are bowled.

Three wickets is all you get. The bowling gets quicker as the innings tightens and as you meet the stronger sides, so the last over of a close chase is genuinely hard.
