Questions, bug reports, privacy requests or business enquiries here is how to reach a real person at Pokky Game, and roughly how long a reply takes.
How to reach us
We are a small team and we answer our own email. There is no ticket system and no chatbot — a person reads what you send. Using the right address below gets your message to the right place faster.

Reporting a problem with a game
Bug reports are genuinely welcome, and the more specific they are the faster we can fix them. If something is broken, please tell us:
- The name of the game and, if relevant, the level number.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- What you were doing immediately before it went wrong the exact sequence matters more than anything else.
- Your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Windows, or Safari on an iPhone).
- A screenshot or short screen recording, if you can capture one.
Stuck on a level you think is impossible?
Tell us the game and level number. We test every level with an automated solver before release, but if one has slipped through we want to know — and we will fix the level rather than tell you to try harder.
Privacy and data requests
To exercise a data protection right — access, correction, erasure, objection, portability, or opting out of the sharing that happens through advertising cookies — email privacy@pokkygame.com and describe what you would like us to do.
Our Grievance Officer, appointed under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, can be reached at the same address. The full detail of what we hold and how to exercise each right is in our Privacy Policy.
One practical note: because we do not operate user accounts, we usually hold nothing that can be linked to you personally. If that is the case we will tell you plainly rather than ask you for extra identifying information we have no use for.
Copyright and takedown notices
If you own rights in material you believe appears on this site without permission, send a notice to dmca@pokkygame.com. We treat these as a priority and aim to acknowledge within two business days.
Your notice needs to include specific information for us to act on it. The required elements, and the counter-notice procedure, are set out in our DMCA and Copyright Policy.
Press, partnerships and licensing
Licensing our games
Every game on this site was built in-house, so we are free to licence them. If you would like to feature one on your own site, in an app or at an event, write to legal@pokkygame.com with the game, the placement and the audience you have in mind.
Advertising and media
For advertising enquiries, press questions or anything requiring a comment on the record, use legal@pokkygame.com.
Security disclosures
If you have found a security vulnerability, please report it privately to support@pokkygame.com with “Security” in the subject line rather than disclosing it publicly. We will confirm receipt, keep you updated while we fix it, and credit you if you would like us to.
What we cannot help with
To save you time, a few things fall outside what we can do:
- Restoring lost progress. Game saves live only in your browser’s local storage. If it has been cleared, we have no copy and cannot recover it.
- Account or password problems. The site has no accounts. If you have received a message claiming to be a Pokky Game account notice, it did not come from us — please forward it to support@pokkygame.com.
- Purchases or refunds. Everything here is free and we never take payment. If you have been charged by someone claiming to represent us, tell us so we can act on it.
- Disputes with advertisers. Ads are served by third parties. If a specific advertisement is misleading or inappropriate, send us a screenshot and we will report it to the network.
Before writing, our About page may already answer how we build things, and the Privacy Policy covers most data questions.
