Every game published on Pokky Game is built in-house. We own the intellectual property in our titles the code, the artwork and the audio and we do not embed, re-host or licence games from third parties. Nothing on this site is served from somebody else’s server.

We take that seriously in the other direction too. If you believe that material published here infringes a copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property right that you hold, tell us and we will investigate it properly rather than argue about it.

To let us act quickly, please include the following in your notice:

• The electronic or physical signature of the owner of the right, or of the person authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
• A description of the right you say has been infringed, and a description of the infringing activity.
• The location of the material you are complaining about the exact URL on pokkygame.com is ideal, and it needs to be specific enough for us to find the material.
• A copy of the licence or registration granting you the right to use and protect the material, if you are not the owner yourself.
• Your name and full contact details.
• A statement that you hold a sincere and honest belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
