How to Play the Arrow Puzzle Game Online
The board is a crowd of arrows. Each one sits in its own square and points somewhere. It can leave only in a straight line the way the head points, and only when every square between that head and the edge is empty. The arrow that looks ready is often the one that has to wait.
Arrow Escape is free on Pokky Game. It runs in the browser, asks for no account, and starts when you press Start Game. There are 30 levels. Three blocked taps on a level send that board back to the start.
What counts as a move
Arrow Escape is an ordering puzzle. An arrow fills one square and flies only the way its head points. A clear lane to the edge means it escapes. An arrow standing in that lane means it stays. The game then shows how far it traveled and which arrow stopped it, and you lose one heart.
Each level gives you three hearts. Lose all three and the level starts again. Until an arrow actually leaves, the board stays as it is, so a wrong tap costs a heart and changes nothing else.
How the 30 levels change
The first board has four arrows. Later boards hold a few dozen, packed more tightly as you go. The shape changes too: solid blocks, rings with a hollow middle, and diamonds. The last four levels are pictures built entirely from arrows: a rocket, a ring, a boat, and a cup.
You clear one level to open the next. Every board was made by removing arrows one at a time in a working order, so each level can be finished. When the crowd looks locked, a clear lane is still somewhere on it.
Playing a level
Open the game and press Start Game.
1. Read the arrowheads. The head is the part that decides the direction.
2. Trace the squares from that head to the edge. If every square along the way is empty, the arrow can leave.
3. Click it on a computer, or tap it on a phone. It flies off, and the board has one less arrow.
4. If any square on that lane is filled, leave the arrow alone. A blocked tap costs a heart.
5. Clear the board. The next level opens.
Hooked tails
From level 4, some arrows have a tail that bends sideways. The bend is decoration. A hooked arrow travels in a straight line, the same way a plain arrow does. Follow the arrowhead out to the edge, and treat the curl as part of the drawing.
Choosing the next arrow
Start at the rim. An arrow on the edge of the board, pointing outward, always has a free lane. Taking those first often opens a path one row farther in.
Trace the lane before you tap. One filled square between the head and the edge means that arrow waits. The one you want is often stopped by an arrow you have not followed yet.
On a ring, leave the inward arrows. An arrow on the inside wall that points inward has to cross the hollow middle and then the far wall. It usually goes last, after the arrows on that far side are gone.
Look for a lane blocked by only one arrow. When nothing looks free, find the arrow whose path is stopped by a single neighbor. Free that neighbor and the one behind it can go. That pair is the usual way through a tight board.
Read the lane before you spend a heart. A blocked tap shows how far the arrow got and what stopped it. The same line can be checked by eye first, and the heart stays on the level.
On a phone
Tap the arrow you want to send. On a computer, click it. The same page works in the browser on both, with nothing to install and no sign-in. Most games on Pokky Game keep your place in this browser, so you can close a session and open the same device again later.
A look at the puzzle
Who it suits
It fits anyone who wants one rule and a board that still takes a careful look. The early levels start with four arrows, so a first game is easy to follow. The later crowds, and the four picture boards at the end, ask for a slower pass. If you would rather drop pieces and chase a score, Watermelon Fruit is the merge game on the same site: eleven fruits, a Next preview, and a red line across the top of the glass.
Clear the first board
Open Arrow Escape and take the arrow on the edge that already points outward. The other boards ask the same question with more arrows in the way: which head has an empty road to the side?
